At FusionBooks, we sell only digital products — QuickBooks licenses and related services. No physical products are shipped. Please read our delivery policy carefully.

🔹 1. Delivery Method

All products are delivered digitally via email.

Once your payment is confirmed, your license key and setup instructions are automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

🔹 2. Delivery Time

Instant Delivery: In most cases, you will receive your license within 5–10 minutes of completing your order.

In rare cases (such as high demand, manual verification, or technical delays), delivery may take up to 2–3 hours.

If you do not receive your license within this time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

🔹 3. No Physical Shipping

FusionBooks does not ship any physical items. All purchases are digital downloads or emailed license keys only.

🔹 4. Incorrect Email Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. FusionBooks is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or invalid email information. If you entered the wrong email, please contact our support team immediately.

🔹 5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email.

A separate email with your license key and product details.
